Yes. Private bookings require minimum of 1 and maximum of 14.

Are wine tasting fees included?

No. Tasting fees average around $25 - $40. Per Winery. Many wineries have more than 1 tasting flight to choose from. Most will wave a tasting fee for bottles purchased.

How much wine is served at each winery we visit?

Each of the three selected wineries  in your tour will serve 4to 5 tastings.

How long is a Private Tour

Our tours last approximately 5 to 6-1/2 hours from pick-up to drop-off in Paso Robles. Can be longer if, agreed upon with the Trolley Service

Is lunch included?

No. Water and snacks will be provided on the Trolley. You will have the opportunity to purchase food (lunch) separately at one or more of the wineries you will be visiting. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of your pick up and drop off point downtown.

No, we will ascertain the reservations for the wineries and the optional lunch we visit for all guests.

Does the Trolley have AC and heat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it has both. Please remember to dress in layers as the weather can change rapidly during the day.

Can I cancel my private tour and get a refund?

A: Yes, depending on how far in advance you cancel:
30+ days before the tour: 100% cash refund
21–30 days before the tour: choose 50% cash refund or 75% voucher/credit
14–21 days before the tour: 50% voucher/credit only
7–14 days before the tour / no-show: no refund or voucher
Vouchers are valid for 12 months, transferable to another person, and redeemable based on tour availability

Is gratuity included in the tour price?

No. While greatly appreciated, gratuity is optional and can be paid directly to your host on the day of your tour.

A: If we cancel due to weather, mechanical issues, or operational reasons, you may choose a full cash refund or a full voucher/credit for a future private tour.
